| MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS | University degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or another relevant technical field.Understanding of industrial processes: surface treatments, coatings, corrosion protection, or metal processing.Basic knowledge of chemical reactions and process parameters used in a production environment.Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and EnglishWillingness to learn, and openness to working both in the laboratory and close to the production process. |
| JOB DESCRIPTION | Performs chemical analyses for product quality, particularly for chroming and nickel-plating lines.Monitors the chemical baths and ensures they are within approved parameters.Develops and implements process improvement projects aimed at increasing process stability.Identifies deviations in the process and investigates root causes together with Production and Quality teams.Proposes technical solutions to reduce defects such as poor adhesion, uneven coating, corrosion behavior, or surface imperfections.Ensures compliance with all safety, environmental, and chemical handling regulations. |
