| MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS | Student or graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering (TCM), Mechatronics, Industrial Chemistry, or other related technical fields.Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.Basic knowledge of industrial processes and technical drawing.Basic understanding of metrology and inspection techniques. Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and English language skills. |
| JOB DESCRIPTION | Suprvizes manufacturing processes to identify optimization opportunities.Proposes and implements improvement actions using Lean tools (5S, Kaizen) and Six Sigma methodologies (FMEA, RCA, 5 Why).Reviews daily scrap and rework data, analyzes root causes, and approves corrective or preventive actions.Conducts internal product and process audits according to system standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / IATF 16949).Ensures proper application of procedures from the Integrated Management System (SMI).Analyzes manufacturing data (defects, losses, performance indicators) and prepares statistical reports. |
