We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a:

Service Quality Engineer

Location: Bucharest


  • Quality audit based on quality standards by reviewing photos of PV plants, energy storage on the cloud and data center
  • Be responsible for user notification and rectification tracking after review
  • Create a spot check task and track the task closure
  • Summarize quality issues and promote improvement, send the monthly report of quality issues
  • Effectively identify key service quality issues, resolve key issues that affect customer satisfaction, and improve customer satisfaction


  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
  • Fluency in English, able to read, write and communicate with other employees
  • Proficient in common office software, Excel and PPT production
  • Careful and patient work attitude, strong pressure resistance, good communication skill, organization and coordination skills
  • Proactive problem solving, strong logical thinking ability, good analysis and summarization ability
  • Familiar with quality management, experience in QA/QC is preferred
  • Technical background of power electronics technology, heavy current knowledge, electrical major is preferred
