Job description

Responsibilities:

• This person will be the contact person of the after-sales department within his vehicle project, from the initial or pre-contracting phase to commercialization.

• Ensures in the development phase, the integration of post-sales requirements by the engineering and program teams within his project.

• Ensure the availability of necessary services and parts at the commercial launch of the vehicle and derivative versions.

• In the process of the project’s evolution, it presents, if necessary, the K1/K2 problems of the projects in its range within the iDAV, DAV or project/program committees.

• Participate in obtaining post-sale approvals for key stages that must be submitted to the Quality Assurance Engineer.

• Produces a periodic report on the evolution of his project, the advancement of the convergence plan, difficult issues, important events, availability of PR and PVI.

• Standardization and centralization of the knowledge acquired during project development.

• In the serial life stage (production): keep the post-sale documentation available to the network through Infotech updated.

• Provides country lot/region lot support in the face of difficulties encountered with vehicles converted to ICP or PP.

• It is the interface between the after-sales department and the body department.

Qualifications

The main qualifications required are:

• Higher studies completed in the field of mechanical engineering (AR, TCM, etc.),

• Previous experience in the automotive industry,

• Previous experience in project management (ideally former Project manager/ Business Manager)

• A minimum experience of using SPARC, ADT, New Dialogys is an advantage

• Known foreign languages: English minimum B2 (conversational), French is an advantage
