Mission Definition
Mission purpose:
Mission Powertrain Supply Planner mission is to secure BOP (Bought-Out Parts) and BIP (Built-In Parts) capacities on his scope on short and mid-term (W+1 to M+12) by all necessary actions.
Detailed missions:
- Medium term (W+1 to M+12) suppliers’ capacity securization of assigned projects;
- Managing capacity alerts received through ERPs or from Purchasing, suppliers and Plants;
- Analyzing, assessing risk and piloting transversal meetings to clarify root cause and available solutions;
- Securing start and stop of allocated projects;
- Piloting task force meetings and action plans follow-up;
- Balancing S&OP evolution and decisions on a monthly basis;
- Identify the capacity and procurement risks to match S&OP cycle, elaborating and follow up action plans;
- Working with other logistics functions, Purchasing and Engineering to identify procurement blocking points and finding agile solutions to accelerate progress and resolution;
- Managing shortage allocations in the perimeter and animating transversal function to solve the crisis Interactions Internal Horse & Group Renault: plants, purchasing, engineering, corporate supply chain.
Required experience:
- minimum 3 years in a role in international environment, with responsibilities including analysis, synthesis and transversal animation (supply chain, purchasing, industrial programming).
Studies:
- University studies, economic and logistic profiles are a plus.
- Foreign Languages: English – advanced professional level mandatory; French or Spanish medium level.
- IT tools: MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint), Business Objects, Spotfire, ERP experience (e.g. SAP).
- Technical skills: supply/capacity analysis analytics and diagnosis Risk assessment.
- Soft skills: proactivity agility negotiation and persuasion strategic thinking decision-making spirit clear and synthetic communication.
- Driving licence – categ B: useful but not mandatory.
