Mission

  • You implement the Sales strategy of the company.
  • You are responsible and you participate in the Sales activities (prospecting, bidding, negotiating…) allocated to you, targeting existing and new clients and ensuring sustainable growth of the business;
  • You are responsible for offer preparation, offer submission and commercial negotiation up to contract signature;
  • You prepare the offers jointly with the concerned Product Manager and Tender Manager, by case;
  • You participate to prospection activities, by case;
  • You develop, manage and strengthen professional relationships with customers, partners, government authorities and others stakeholders;
  • You support the Business Developer(s) in identifying new opportunities and you give them a return of experience in terms of won/lost tenders, collaboration with partners, market price and etc…
  • You set up and implement sales plans for growing and effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations;
  • You understand category-specific landscapes and trends and attend industry conferences and network;
  • You have a good knowledge of Romanian legislation for public procurement, as well as general legislation for investments, engineering, etc.
  • You use specific tools dedicated to Sales activity;
  • You report to the Sales Director.

Profile

  • You have demonstrable experience as Sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions with at least 5 years in the sales department with exposure to the main areas of the commercial process;
  • You have a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure;
  • You are a team player, are not afraid to propose innovative solutions and have negotiation skills;
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • You are rigorous, well organized and good at planning simultaneous assignments;
  • You are capable to work under stress and without  delays;
  • You are fluent in Romanian and in English (knowledge of an additional European language is an asset);
  • You have international experience;
  • You have a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
