Overview

We’re looking for a Data Scientist who loves working with data, exploring patterns, and turning insights into action. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product managers to design predictive models, visualize complex datasets, and help shape data-driven strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for students or graduates eager to apply machine learning and analytics in a real-world environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
• Develop predictive models and evaluate performance using best-practice validation strategies.
• Conduct feature engineering and data preprocessing to support modeling workflows.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and ML algorithms.
• Experience with structured/unstructured data and common data tooling.
• Ability to explain complex results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ML deployment / MLOps concepts.
• Experience with big data environments or workflow orchestrators.
• Interest in data-driven decision-making for business or operations.
• Experience with backtesting or simulation frameworks.

Ideal Academic Background

• Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Econometrics, or Quantitative Finance.
