| JOB DESCRIPTION | Monitors and coordinates production processes. Develops and leads process improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing cycle time. Works closely with maintenance, quality, and production supervisors to stabilize processes.Conducts root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and proposes sustainable corrective actions.Uses Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED).Supports the implementation of new equipment or automation solutions to enhance production capacity.Analyzes production data (OEE, scrap rates, cycle times, energy consumption) and prepares action plans. |
