What you will be working on:

  • JR BO engineer – 2nd line support engineer working on Business hours (09:00-18:00) – application and infrastructure support
  • Incident, Change, Problem management handling (Troubleshooting, New integrations, Patch upgrade etc.)
  • System Changes done during night time (part of the OT)
  • System Health checks
  • SPOC for the customer
  • Customer calls


  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related technical discipline;
  • Technical requirements: Linux, SQL, Network knowledge
  • On call availability (2 weeks/Month)
  • Overtime required (up to 32H/month paid or compensated with leave)
  • Availability for OT and on call during business holidays as well
