Contracts & Procurement Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Contracts & Procurement Analyst to support the Procurement team in contract management activities. This includes drafting, tracking, and securing approvals for commercial contracts based on Webuild’s standard templates. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers and internal departments/stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, AFC, Compliance, and Project Management) to ensure contract compliance and manage any deviations from standard terms by obtaining the necessary internal approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft commercial contracts using Webuild’s standard templates, based on the supplier’s offer and the approved supplier recommendation.
  • Review and track proposed contract amendments from suppliers, maintain clear traceability of changes, and coordinate feedback or approvals from relevant departments / stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Procurement, AFC, or Project Management).
  • Coordinate with internal departments/stakeholders to ensure timely approvals for deviations from standard contract terms.
  • Ensure consistency and version control of contract documents, archive all versions appropriately, and maintain an up-to-date database of changes and approvals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement team and contribute to internal projects related to contract management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, but with a specialization in Commercial Law.
  • Master’s degree in International Commercial Law is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (legal assistant, contract management, or procurement contract management) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contract structures and legal principles.
  • Excellent skills in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Negotiation skills are an advantage.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
