Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position within the Electronic Integration Engineering (PIE) field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
• Strong knowledge of production technologies and processes
• Higher education in engineering

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the PIE engineering team in the execution of technical projects
• Developing and implementing technical strategies to optimize production processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Working closely with internal departments to achieve established goals
• Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve technical performance
