Inside Sales Representative- Residential team

What will you do?

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for tailoring Schneider Electric Romania’s proposals to customer needs, managing direct channels for orders and contracts. This role also aims to ensure a proactive business approach towards customers to generate business opportunities and potential clients.

  • Promote Solutions: Advocate for Schneider Electric solutions and services to a dedicated number of direct and indirect accounts, being responsible for increasing Schneider Electric’s turnover using multiple sales channels.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team in Romania, supporting the sales process.
  • Customer Management: Handle technical and commercial customer requests efficiently.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and close business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Data Management: Manage and monitor data related to sales opportunities and PRM, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Higher education in a technical field (preferably Technical Engineering).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Romanian.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficient in PC skills (Microsoft, Windows, ERPs).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to an initial 1 year fixed-term contract
