What will you do in your day-to-day job

You will ensures the implementation of a stable IT infrastructure supervising operations before and after implementation. You will deliver the service levels agreed upon technically assisting in the resolution of incidents, attending to scheduled changes, providing support shifts adapted to a schedule. You will carry out the Process Improvement implementation developed by the Technology Department. You will ensures an adequate level of security and update, setting up and maintaining operating system and software.
