Requirements

• Logistics experience – minimum 2 years
• English and French – conversational

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that vehicles within its perimeter circulate in the distribution flow in compliance with the established deadlines, manages incidents and informs dealers of any delays.
• Develops and transmits short-term or longer-term forecasts, depending on the availability of input data.
• Ensures the availability of transport capacities for the forecasted volumes.
• Tracks vehicles in distribution and contacts suppliers to obtain action plans for vehicles to be shipped.
• Transmits, if necessary, the documents and information necessary for the distribution carried out by suppliers.
• Tracks and treats vehicles in situations of delay in the distribution flow.
• Prioritizes certain vehicles in case of insufficient transport capacity and consults the customer to determine priorities.
• Prioritizes certain vehicles at the explicit request of the customer.
• May intervene in the organization of the transport of vehicles with „specific needs”, adapting classic transport schemes.
