Asigura suport IT utilizatorilor in folosirea aplicatiei Navision

Responsabilitati

1. Preluarea, diagnosticarea si rezolvarea problemelor legate de aplicația Navision
2. Asigura asistenta  utilizatorilor in folosirea aplicatei Navision
3. Evaluarea corecta si redirectionarea problemelor semnalate catre alte departamente de competenta in caz de necesitate
4. Analizarea periodica a problemelor recurente cu scopul de a lua masuri care sa anuleze\reduca frecventa lor


Cerinte profil

Educatie: Facultatea de Automatica, Calculatoare si Electronica, Facultatea de Matematică şi Ştiinte ale Naturii, Facultatea de Economie.

Competente minime:  -Cunostinte medii despre ambientul IT 
                                     -Cunostinte medii despre Navision
                                     -Cunosiinte medii despre pachetul MS Office
                                     -Cunostinte avansate limba italiana si engleza
                       
Experiența: orice experienta profesionala anterioara in domeniul IT \ User Support constituie un avantaj.

Altele: aptitudini foarte bune de comunicare scrisa si orala, gandire analitica, abilitati sporite in  efectuarea unui troubleshooting eficient conform procedurilor interne, spontaneitate,  atitudine pozitiva, proactiva, orientata catre client  si lucru in echipa.        

IT Infrastructure Operations  Specialist Craiova

Position Scope


         The candidate will provide remote support for the distributed datacenters around the globe and Industrial Applications Teams from Milano. The resource will provide base support on Software Defined Datacenter solutions.

Responsibilities

•    Interact with HQ teams as well as interacting pro-actively when needed 
•    Master Data Center virtualization (in particular VMware solutions) to troubleshoot architectures and deployments
•    Facilitates SDDC support, maintenance, and patching 
•    Perform alert-based investigation and troubleshooting
•    Evaluates system performance and reports to management.
•    Defines tools and procedures for daily operational support.
•    Monitors and tunes the environment for optimal performance.
•    Support IT infrastructure, operations processes and procedures to ensure the continued evolution of IT Standards, IT Roadmaps, and the strategic Target Architecture.
•    Provide assistance in guiding the compute team to complete projects and provide updates to management.

Requirements
Education: Faculty of Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
Competences: Analysis and attention to detail, ability to notify defects, teamwork, accuracy, perseverance, holding communication and problem solving skills. Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively (verbally and written). Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Experience: Newly graduates of Faculty/Master; any experience in as Systems Engineer, Network Operating Systems Engineer, Database Administrator will be an advantage

IT Salesforce support Craiova

Responsibilities


Analyze user requests on Salesforce application;

Propose new solutions in order to solve the issues arrived;

Understand object functionality on  Salesforce;

Create query on Salesforce(similar with sql language);

Make massive updates on Salesforce tables

Create/modify new users ;
