Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in project management, software development, IT, or an Agile environment; exposure to Scrum is a plus.
- You have an intermediate proficiency in French, B1 minimum
- Basic understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Familiarity with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and basic reporting/metrics.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and influence teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle ambiguity, and work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in Agile practices.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for one or more teams (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews/demos, retros).
- Help Product Owners with backlog management, story readiness, prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Coach teams on Scrum principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement; encourage cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify and remove impediments; escalate blockers to the appropriate stakeholders and follow up on resolutions.
- Track team progress using burn-down/burn-up charts, velocity, and other lightweight metrics; communicate status to stakeholders.
- Foster a healthy team culture, protect teams from external interruptions, and support conflict resolution.
- Maintain transparent project documentation in Jira/Confluence or equivalent tools; ensure clear communication of goals and progress.
- Support release planning and coordination across teams; assist with risk management and dependency management.
- Contribute to the definition of done and readiness criteria; help teams adhere to agreed processes.
- Support Agile transformation efforts and coach new team members or junior colleagues as needed.
