In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the tools used by our suppliers, ensuring that they meet the necessary quality and efficiency standards to support production processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of stamping and plastic injection
  • Previous experience in managing tooling for suppliers or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with project management software and analysis tools (e.g., CAD, PLM)
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards

Responsibilities:

Working with internal teams to integrate tooling solutions into production processes

Collaborating with suppliers to evaluate and implement efficient tooling solutions

Developing and maintaining technical documentation for tools used by suppliers

Ensuring tool compliance with quality standards and industry regulations

Participating in supplier performance evaluations and technical audits

Providing technical support and training to suppliers in tool usage

Identifying opportunities to improve existing tools and processes
