  • We are seeking an experienced Automotive Test Automation Engineer with expertise in C scripting to join our team.
  •  The candidatewill be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for automotive systems.
  • This role involves working closely with software development, hardware, and testing teams to ensure that automotive systems meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Required technologies

  • Test Automation Development:
  • Develop, modify, and maintain automated test scripts using C language ︁︀︂︃︃︇︅︀for automotive system testing.
  • Automate test cases for various components, including ECU (Electronic Control Unit), sensors, CAN communication, and vehicle dynamics.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand software requirements and design test automation strategies.
  • Test Execution:
  • Execute automated tests in different environments such as Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and actual automotive systems.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
  • Debug and troubleshoot failures in test scripts and test setups.
  • Test Frameworks and Tools:
  • Develop and integrate test scripts into existing test frameworks or create new frameworks as needed.
  • Work with tools like Vector CANoe, CAPL scripting, and other relevant automotive testing tools.
  • Set up and manage continuous integration pipelines for automated testing.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, test engineers, and system architects.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Maintain and enhance the automated testing environment to improve efficiency and coverage.
