WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical or commercial field of study
  • Prior experience in customer is desirable but not mandatory
  • Competent PC skills – MS Office, Outlook
  • English at conversational level is mandatory
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; superior telephone etiquette
  • Team player
  • Availability for full-time or part-time work schedule


WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?


The purpose of the role is to achieve profitable sales by providing timely and appropriate customer service and technical expertise in response to customer’s needs to ensure the successful achievement of the company’s objectives and growth.

• Technical advice on products and applications
• Information on delivery conditions and prices
• Stock status information
• Active sales promotion: cooperation with our other sales channels
• Check of uncovered orders
• Issuing copies/ copies of invoices
• Tracking of shipments
• Transport security – organized forwarding
• Solving customer complaints
• Communication with logistics
• Database care
