Digital Communication Support Trainee

Digital Sales and Customer Support is integrated by specialized capabilities which drives digital transformation. Capabilities are specific business areas that are digitally enabled through specific expertise, processes, applications & data to improve our effectiveness and enhance user experience across their full life cycle.  

As part of the Digital Sales & Customer Support, and Data & AI capability, we are looking for a Digital Communication Support Trainee, accountable of executing all necessary actions related to the strategy. This person will support the team in the delivery of personalized, dynamic, just in time communication of projects & milestones.

What will you do?

  • Communication assets creation & design for Digital Initiatives (Videos, Infographics, Power Points presentations, E-Learnings, Training…)
  • Internal communication tools management to communicate about Digital Initiatives (Yammer, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint…)
  • Contribution to the Deployment execution phase of Sales and Customer Support Digital Initiatives, adoption & follow-up
  • Contribution to the Release Management delivery phase of the projects.

What qualifications will make you successful? 

  • Languages: Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
  • Previous Experience in Communication, Digital Transformation, Change Management is a plus
  • Innovative, autonomous, curious and a strong team spirit
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required (international context)
  • Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a “virtual” mode
  • Fluent in using MS Office: Excel & Power Point is a must
  • Content Management and Collaboration tools: cloud storage, business networking…
  • Video creation and editing knowledge is a great plus
  • Motivated about IT world
