Key Account Supervisor

In order to continue our mission, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to work in the position of Key Account Supervisor

  •  Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development of the business strategy and business plan for the Bulgarian  market in line with the general company  strategy;
  • Prepare the sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
  • Drive the implementation of the business strategy and business plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets;
  • Generate ideas and proposals for the development of the product portfolio;
  • Prepare analysis of the competitors’ behaviour;
  • Participate in annual negotiations with Key Accounts for setting business terms and conditions;
  • Lead the regular sales to clients in accordance with the sales plans and the collection of the receivables;
  • Responsible for the product/categories distribution and in-store execution;
  • Prepare regular  reports in accordance with the corporate templates;
  • University degree in economics, technical or other relevant subject;
  • Professional experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in B2B sales experience preferable in sales of professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/ systems, electric appliances or other installation products;
    • Experience in an international company would also be an advantage;
  • Language skills: Bulgarian – native and excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Computer literacy: MS Office;
  • Interpersonal skills:
    • Self-starter, result-oriented individual, disciplined, dedicated;
    • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
    • Outgoing, open and honest personality;
    • Strong team player;
    • Willing to regularly travel in the market and abroad.
