Senior Operational Excellence Engineer

In order to continue our mission, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to work in the position of Senior Operational Excellence Engineer

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Implement an aligned Operational Excellence approach in close cooperation with production managers;
  2. Leads Kaizen continuous improvement projects through cross-functional teams and project management;
  3. Uses Lean Manufacturing tool to identify and develop solutions that drive operational improvement on a daily basis;
  4. Coach functional area teams in their daily communication meetings, ensuring that defined methods are properly used in all areas;
  5. Work closely with Project Sponsors and Operational Excellence Director to continuously review process and to eliminate barriers in projects.
  6. Requirements:
  • University degree – Master in Management and Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
  • English language – excellent command both written and spoken;
  • Professional experience – at least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial context related to Continuous Improvement initiatives;
  • Strong knowledge in Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, SMED, Value Stream Mapping);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions;
  • Project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and engage different level of management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
