As a PHP Developer at DigiSoft IT, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that are reliable, scalable, and secure. You will work closely with our cross-functional team, including DevOps, Frontend, product managers, and other developers, to create exceptional web solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications that can handle a high volume of traffic while ensuring optimal performance and stability using PHP and related technologies.
Coding: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient PHP code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (DevOps, Frontend) and product managers to translate project requirements into functional web applications.
Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
Security: Implement security best practices to ensure the protection of data and the integrity of web applications.
Testing: Develop and execute unit tests and perform debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of web applications.
Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code repositories effectively.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest PHP trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong knowledge of PHP 7+ and web development frameworks (e.g., Laminas, Symfony).
- Experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and API integration.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
