Then join our team of product application engineers and help drive design-in success for our cutting-edge Motor Control Solution ICs MOTIX!

In your new role you will:

• Support at global level customer design-in activities including schematic and layout reviews, board bring-up and debug of technical problems;
• Collaborate with design and other development’s engineering teams for feature development and customer support in applications using Infineon products;
• Support product launch activities and assist with tradeshows and conferences. Engage with marketing teams to ensure successful showcasing of product features and emphasize additional value brought on system level;
• Be the customer interface providing technical support to customers and the field sales force. Support includes applications advice, product recommendations, device testing;
• Analyze customer feedback on product performance and limitations, consolidate suggestions for improvements and bring them into the organization in a structured way;
• Craft datasheets, application notes, videos and demonstrations for our solutions and products;
• Prepare technical trainings intended for internal and external sales partners and customers;

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable;
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical role as an electronic circuit design, validation or application engineer;
• Experience with gate driver applications for DC and BLDC motors and with microcontrollers for automotive applications is a plus;
• Solid knowledge of standard laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.);
• Solid programming skills (C/C++, Matlab, Visual Basic, Python);
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Curiosity and motivation to learn and apply new and innovative methods to proactively solve problems;
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate technical information to customers and Infineon technical peers.
