Business Analyst

How you will contribute

  • Define, review, and detail business requirements, translating them into functional specifications such as use cases, interfaces, and workflows;
  • Analyze client strengths and weaknesses, recommending areas for improvement and adopting technology best practices in the industry;
  • Leverage the team’s expertise and in-house technologies to identify and propose the best solutions for customer needs;
  • Facilitate discussions, guide decision-making processes, and escalate critical issues to the Delivery Manager or relevant stakeholders when necessary;
  • Support the Project Management Team in monitoring project progress and ensuring milestones are achieved.

What will help you be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybernetics, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word;
  • Introductory knowledge of Data and Entity Relationship Modeling (ER), Business Modeling with UML, and Business Process Modeling using BPMN2 or similar tools;
  • Basic knowledge of APIs;
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
