How you will contribute

  • Help review and suggest ways to improve the security of current applications, systems, and IT infrastructure;
  • Work together with developers, system administrators, and other team members to ensure that new applications and networks are designed and implemented securely;
  • Support senior technology leaders by contributing to projects that develop secure products;
  • Work with different teams to help make decisions about how to build and secure technology over the short and long term;
  • Encourage innovation and maintain high-quality work through careful planning and teamwork;
  • Assist in building and setting up secure systems that protect against cyber threats and develop strategies to keep the organization’s IT safe.

What will help you be successful

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including working in complex and mixed environments;
  • Exposure to security reviews, code analysis, and testing the security of large applications, systems, or networks;
  • Some experience in identifying and fixing security issues, as well as working with teams to create secure solutions;
  • Basic understanding of managing and responding to security incidents, including handling major issues or breaches;
  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy concepts, such as preventing data loss and following data handling rules, including GDPR;
  • Awareness of strategies to improve system recovery and business continuity in case of IT disruptions.
