We are expanding our teams in the space sector to take on flight segment business projects.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team you will lead and be in charge of:

• internal and external project management,
• cost control
• team coordination and development
• proposal preparation
• analysis of proposal requirements: technical, management, execution, identification of business opportunities, commercial activities, project management, commercial activities

You will report to the Director of the Flight Segment Business Unit and will work in coordination with the Director of Space in the Romania and the Head of Divisions of the Space Segment.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for experts in Project and team management with background and interest in:

• Knowledge of the space sector and experience in ESA projects
• Knowledge of the Romanian space sector
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Preparation of proposals

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge of:

• Space systems engineering
• Avionics and flight software
• Onboard GNC
